typical day in Thailand for me....

Woke at 10am, stretched, walked down to the lake and fitness park here in Chanthaburi. Found some bleachers to run up and down several times in the sunshine and tropical warm breeze....found a little fitness area by the lake to do some strength training: pushups, curls, dips, pullups, lunges.....then found my Australian friend Harley who was jogging around the Lake (Harley is a great guy I met last year volunteering for Doug Graham's Fasting program in Costa Rica, Harley loves to cycle and holds state championships in AU for 24 hour races, he eats all Live foods, mainly fruits and LOVES durian like me)...we joined another new friend here Brian (from NYC, but lives in Santa Monica, works in the r/e world, enjoys a mainly fruit diet, all live foods)......We all feasted on delicious fruits...Harley and I had coconut water and Mangos, Brian Had bananas and Rambutans....we ate until satiated. We walked around the town and looked at things and people and different fruits to try..we spoted a Different breed of Durian and decide to sample it...then we went for a professional Thai massage $5, then used internet, then met up at 6pm to jog to a HUGE local fruit market...with MASSIVE quantities of locally grown fruits, Dragon fruits, mangos, mangosteens, papaya, melons, Durian, rambutans, and more that I will learn the names.....It started raining which was very refreshing after a 40minute jog...we then ate several durians together outside on the side of the road and watch several trucks drive by with Huge amounts of Durian and other fruits....great conversation and feasting time together...then asked a local for a ride back in their pickup truck...now back close to my hotel $5/night....very relaxing day....I have NOT seen another White person in this town and we have been here 3days....ALL local Thai people.....they all stare at us and are excited to see us eating their fruit...especially durian...
